We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started! Many new members tell us that joining a fitness facility can be both an exciting and intimidating experience. Following are some of the most common questions members ask during their first month or two with us.

How much is a membership?

We offer several types of memberships: contracts, month to month, temporary and occasional promotions so call us for current pricing and specials. We also have corporate, military, police/fire and education rates as well.

Are there any extra fees?

The only other fee besides your enrollment and monthly fees is an annual enhancement fee, which will be explained in detail when you sign up. Otherwise, there are no other hidden fees as long as the membership remains in good standing. Return and late fees are applied if monthly fees are not being paid on time.

How much are guest passes?


Can I freeze my membership due to non-usage or medical reasons?

You may freeze your account for up to 3 months @ $10/month. A medical cancellation is no charge with a doctor’s note and for a maximum of 6 months. Freeze months are added back to the fulfillment date upon return if still under membership contract.

I have a change of address/phone number? What do I do?

Call us or come in and give us that information so we can update your information in our system.

What do I do to cancel my membership?

If you are still under contract, there are cancellation fees or you may transfer the membership to a friend or family member. The transfer fee is $20. If you are not under contract, just sign a 30-day notice cancellation form, along with your final month dues.
